Our hotel in Faisalabad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with local companies, travel agencies, and event planners
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing strategies
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are met
- Monitor sales performance and produce reports for management review
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
