Senior Software Developer


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and debugging software applications and systems. You will work closely with other developers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications using various programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing software systems
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide technical expertise and contribute ideas for new features or improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients
