Hotel Sales Manager (Pakistani Applicants)
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Jerusalem. Your main goal will be to increase bookings and occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies and strong relationships with clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts
- Monitor competitors' rates, promotions, and packages to remain competitive in the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and market trends
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Hebrew or Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jerusalem (accommodation provided)
