Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online bookings. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and developing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review performance and set goals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to promote cross-selling opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Tagalog would be an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
