Sales Manager


A reputable company in Eldoret is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company’s products/services
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract job.

Preferred Nationality/Languages:
We welcome applications from Nepali or Kenyan candidates. Fluent English proficiency is required.
