Concierge in Lahore
We are hiring a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Lahore. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This includes making reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options, arranging transportation, and handling any inquiries or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with local attractions and dining options
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit or visa for Pakistan (own visa preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle any inquiries or concerns from guests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
