Job Title: Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company’s branch in Braga. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of architectural projects
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect or architecture manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
