Job Title: Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly-skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Izhevsk. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and designing to budgeting and managing resources. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Monitor progress and performance of teams and subcontractors
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport for international travel
