Online Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients from various countries, including Africa and Canada. Your main duties will include answering client inquiries, providing product recommendations, and offering technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in customer service or a related field. This is an urgent role with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support and guidance to clients from Africa and Canada
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Recommend products or services based on client needs
- Offer technical assistance for any issues or questions clients may have
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus (especially French)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends)
