We are a growing company in Akron seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer networks, ensuring that they run efficiently and securely. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, with the option for part-time work as well.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor our computer networks, including hardware, software, and servers
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Upgrade systems and networks as needed to keep up with technology advancements
- Evaluate current network performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
