We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our company’s computer systems, networks, and servers. You will also provide technical support to our employees and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Perform regular backups of all data to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings.
- Create and maintain network documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ensure the security of all IT systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and network hardware.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Akron but is open to candidates from Canada or Kenya who are willing to relocate. We also offer a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
