Personal Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Mauren. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client consultations and assessments to determine their fitness levels, goals, and any specific needs or limitations
- Develop personalized fitness plans based on individual client needs and goals
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and motivation
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to fitness plans as needed
- Provide nutrition advice and recommendations to support overall health and fitness goals
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred but not required
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
