Skilled Handyman in Lisbon with Accommodation

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We are urgently seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on properties
- Conduct plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
- Handle electrical tasks such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Complete carpentry work including repairing furniture and building shelves
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory of tools and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a trade or vocational school program related to construction or maintenance work
- Experience working in property management or facilities maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
