Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations in Almada. Your main duty will be to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience in delivery driving is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any delays or issues encountered
- Communicate effectively with the dispatcher and other team members regarding any changes or updates in delivery schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the appropriate parties

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning apps
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred but not required
