VR/AR Developer


A leading virtual and augmented reality technology company based in Faro is seeking a skilled VR/AR Developer to join our team. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and immersive virtual and augmented reality experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain virtual and augmented reality applications
- Collaborate with design teams to create engaging and interactive user experiences
- Utilize various programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java to write code for VR/AR applications
- Implement 3D models, animations, and special effects into virtual and augmented reality environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of VR/AR applications
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the VR/AR industry and incorporate them into projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience developing virtual and augmented reality applications
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Unity
- Experience with motion tracking technology such as Oculus Rift or HTC Vive is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Faro, a beautiful coastal city in Portugal known for its picturesque beaches, historic landmarks, and vibrant culture. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Faro or have the ability to relocate on their own, we are open to considering candidates who require visa sponsorship.
