Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment in sales strategies
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, including revenue projections, budget forecasts, and market insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
