Architectural Technologist - Ufa, Egypt

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ufa, Egypt. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects, as well as overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects
- Use computer-aided design software to create accurate and precise drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess construction progress
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that construction adheres to plans and specifications
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with building regulations and codes to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Egypt
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

This is a part-time position, with the possibility of full-time employment depending on performance. The salary for this role is 1500$, along with free visa and ticket provided by the company. English proficiency is not required for this job.
