Position: Construction Manager (Indian nationals preferred)
Location: Izhevsk, Russia

We are currently hiring an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Izhevsk. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to control costs
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
