Indian Construction Manager in Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare reports on project status for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are willing to relocate.
