Restaurant Manager (English speaking contract job with accommodation) in Ashdod, Israel


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for an English speaking restaurant in Ashdod, Israel. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. We are looking for someone with previous experience in restaurant management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
- Ensure high quality of service is maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or improve existing ones.
- Monitor food costs, ordering supplies, and managing inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have a valid work permit for Israel.
