Indian Restaurant Manager



We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our Indian restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, as well as profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff according to business needs
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure profitability
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conducting regular inventory checks and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and traditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budgeting purposes

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ashdod. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the city or have previous experience working there.

Other Information:
This job does not require English proficiency as our restaurant caters mainly to the Indian community. Accommodation will not be provided.
