Plasterer - Experienced and Detail-Oriented

As an experienced Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing walls and other surfaces for plastering, applying plaster and other materials to create smooth finishes, and repairing any cracks or damages. You will work with a variety of tools including trowels, brushes, and spray guns to achieve high-quality finishes. Attention to detail is essential in this role as you will be required to match textures and colors for seamless repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, filling cracks, and applying bonding agents
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly using hand or power tools
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a uniform surface texture
- Repair any damaged areas by removing old plaster, filling holes, and smoothing out rough edges
- Apply different types of finishes such as stucco or decorative plaster as needed
- Match textures and colors for seamless repairs
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of plastering materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages considered an asset)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. The job is located in Kaunas but may require occasional travel within the city or nearby areas. You must have your own valid visa to work in the country. The job does not provide accommodation but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing.
