Babysitter Supervisor

The Babysitter Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of babysitters, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care. They will also be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing client requests, and providing support and guidance to the babysitters. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience working with children, and the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of babysitters and ensure they are following safety protocols and providing high-quality care to children
- Coordinate schedules and assign babysitters to clients based on availability and client preferences
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide support in selecting suitable babysitters for their children
- Train new babysitters on company policies, procedures, and best practices for working with children
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise while babysitters are on assignment
- Conduct regular check-ins with both clients and babysitters to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Maintain accurate records of clients, assignments, and feedback from both clients and babysitters

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a babysitter or in a childcare setting is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with both clients and babysitters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of child safety protocols
- Must have own transportation
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (remote work may be possible)
