Loader Operator in Balzers, Liechtenstein



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of loaders to efficiently load and unload materials on construction sites in Balzers, Liechtenstein. You will be working with a team of loaders to ensure timely and safe completion of loading tasks. This is a physically demanding job that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Ensure safe operation of the loader at all times, following all safety protocols and regulations
- Work closely with other loaders and team members to coordinate loading tasks
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or similar environment
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in all weather conditions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
