As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Braga, Portugal. Your main goal will be to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to develop and maintain menus that are both creative and profitable.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including but not limited to menu planning, purchasing, and food presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and recipes
- Train new employees on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies
- Create new menu items based on seasonal offerings or customer feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Passion for culinary arts and creative approach to menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
