A welding company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can work full time and has experience with various welding techniques. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, operating welding equipment, and performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, good physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1400$ per month and visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Set up welding equipment according to project requirements
- Perform various types of welding such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to welding
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in different positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality with valid visa or visa sponsorship
