Foreign Sales Manager


Our company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Foreign Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Foreign Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients from Pakistan and other countries, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from Pakistan and other countries
- Actively promote our products and services to potential clients
- Understand the needs of clients and provide them with suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in sales or business development preferably in a multinational company
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu or other languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if required
- Valid work permit for Russia (company will provide assistance if needed)

Salary: 1100$ per month (with potential for commission based on performance)

Contract Type: Full-time contract
