Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff on customer service standards and ensure all employees are meeting expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portions to maintain high standards
- Control inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food cost controls
- Knowledge of Dubai's restaurant market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: 1200 USD per month (with potential for increase based on performance)
Location: Dubai (accommodation provided)
