We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials for formwork according to blueprints and specifications
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle formwork structures
- Install braces, ties, and anchors to secure formwork in place
- Pour and level concrete into formwork
- Inspect formwork for any defects or damages
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a formworker or in a related field
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of various types of formwork systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
