Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Balzers
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for work without experience or accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the hotel's facilities, services, and packages to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on market trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Balzers or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Salary:
