As a Concierge in our hotel in Pokhara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their requests and inquiries, making reservations and recommendations for local activities and attractions, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other guest requests
- Ensure that all guest requests are promptly addressed and resolved
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area
- Coordinate special requests such as room decorations or special arrangements for celebrations
- Handle complaints or issues from guests in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Additionally, we provide accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and round-trip ticket to Pokhara.
