Seasonal Concierge in Pokhara, Nepal


We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Pokhara, Nepal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own visa to work in Nepal (sponsorship not provided)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
