Job Title: Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Atlanta


We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Atlanta. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as the ability to manage and mentor a team of chefs.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new menu items, ensuring they meet the restaurant's standards for quality and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistency and high quality in all dishes served
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient production of meals
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with management team to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with front-of-house staff, management, and suppliers
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
