Position: Collector (Indian Nationals Preferred)
Location: Malindi, Kenya
Salary: $1700 per month

We are a leading financial institution in Malindi, seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Collector. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with good English communication skills and own visa.

As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from customers. This includes contacting customers by phone, email or in person to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans that are feasible for both parties. You will also maintain accurate records of all communication with customers and provide regular reports to the management team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations. Prior experience in debt collection is not required as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, making it suitable for individuals looking for additional income or those who prefer a work-life balance. As this role involves interacting with customers, we prefer male candidates.
