Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant in our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your main duties will include managing and organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. You must be fluent in English and have experience working in an office environment. As this is a full-time position, we require someone who is able to commit to working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paperwork, including filing and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
