Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


We are in search of an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper preparation and presentation
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and handle any complaints or concerns
- Create schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage during busy periods
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability of the restaurant

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality management preferred)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is an asset but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month
