We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a remote position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing assistance via online channels (chat, email, social media)
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication
- Identifying clients' needs and offering appropriate solutions or services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
