IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance to clients and employees through phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Setting up new devices, installing necessary software, and configuring network settings.
- Conducting regular maintenance on company systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of new computer equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records of all IT support activities.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
- Strong understanding of networking principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
