Entry-Level Electrician - Urgent Hiring in Eldoret, Kenya


We are urgently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Entry-Level Electrician to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. This position is open to Indian nationals with no English language proficiency requirement and no prior experience needed.

As an Entry-Level Electrician, you will be responsible for assisting experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in homes, buildings, and other structures. You will also be trained to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced electricians in installing electrical systems according to safety standards
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the location of wiring and equipment
- Install wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Test electrical systems using various tools to identify malfunctions or issues
- Repair or replace faulty wiring or damaged parts as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid work permit for Kenya (non-negotiable)
- No English language proficiency required (basic communication skills preferred)
- No prior experience needed (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and techniques is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is an advantage
- Strong physical endurance as the job involves working in different weather conditions and heights
