Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other features to determine boundaries, elevations, and locations. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze data and create accurate maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries, elevations, and locations of natural or man-made features
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on land development projects
- Ensure all survey work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep updated records of survey data for future reference
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Malindi, Kenya. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Kenya.
