Barista - Coffee Specialist (Pakistani Nationals)
Location: Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our growing team in Doha. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain high levels of customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee supplies and equipment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Continuously educate yourself on new products, techniques, and trends in the coffee industry

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is an advantage but not necessary
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different types of beans, roasts, brewing methods, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid visa for working in Qatar or willingness to obtain one

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1000$. We also provide free visa sponsorship for successful candidates.
