Formwork Technician

We are a construction company based in Moscow, seeking a skilled Formwork Technician to join our team. As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling formwork and scaffolding systems according to engineering plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications to determine formwork requirements
- Set up and dismantle formwork systems, including scaffolding, shoring, and bracing
- Ensure that formwork is properly aligned, level, and plumb
- Install rebar and concrete reinforcement according to plans
- Pour concrete into formwork and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Monitor concrete curing process to ensure proper strength development
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Maintain formwork materials in good condition and report any damaged or missing equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Familiarity with different types of formwork systems (e.g. timber, steel, aluminum)
- Basic understanding of engineering principles related to formwork design and construction
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in all weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in measurements and alignment of formwork components

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is based in Moscow, Russia. Candidates from Nepal with proficiency in English are encouraged to apply.
