Hotel Sales Manager at a Luxury Resort in Acre, Israel
As a Hotel Sales Manager at our luxury resort in Acre, Israel, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. This position requires experience in the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential business opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Train and supervise sales team members to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or related role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to track trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera or Fidelio is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. This position is suitable for men who have experience working in the hospitality industry. Biometric passport is required for this role.
