Requirements:

- Proficient in operating lathes, drills, and other machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, drills, and other machinery according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure precise measurements
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols at all times
