Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of weddings, from budgeting and vendor selection to design and execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of wedding trends and traditions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for creating memorable events and ensuring that every client's special day is flawless.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Develop detailed event timelines and budgets
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the event, including venue selection, transportation arrangements, and guest accommodations
- Oversee the design of the event space and ensure all decor is in line with the client's vision
- Manage the schedule on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong knowledge of wedding traditions and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and budget management
