Mason - Bricklayer



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing walls, floors, and other structures using various materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following building plans
- Familiarity with different types of masonry materials and techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces where masonry work will be performed
- Prepare materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, or stones for use
- Lay out patterns or designs on the surface according to blueprints or instructions from supervisor
- Mix mortar or other adhesives according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones using various patterns for a strong and visually appealing finish
- Cut or shape bricks as needed using tools such as saws or chisels
- Clean excess mortar from finished work before it sets
- Repair any damaged or cracked masonry work
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Certification or apprenticeship in masonry is a plus
- Understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Physically fit with good balance, coordination, and depth perception
