As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements with clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Kenya or ability to obtain visa sponsorship
