Entry Level Game Developer

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Game Developer. This is a contract position located in Almada, and no prior experience is required. As an Entry Level Game Developer, you will work alongside our experienced team to create exciting and engaging games for our players. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in game development, while also contributing your own ideas and creativity to our projects. In this role, you will assist with various aspects of game development such as coding, scripting, level design, and testing. You will collaborate with team members to brainstorm new game concepts and features, as well as troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during development. This is a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are key.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of coding languages such as C++, Java or Python. Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal is also preferred but not required. A basic understanding of game design principles and experience with game development tools is a plus.

As an Entry Level Game Developer, you must be able to work well in a team setting while also being self-motivated and able to take initiative when needed. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential in order to effectively contribute to project discussions and provide updates on progress.
