Body Repair Master in Mauren, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our auto repair shop in Mauren, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided as well as a free visa and ticket. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of auto repair.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Repair or replace damaged body parts such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Straighten bent frames and weld replacement parts if necessary
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to safety standards
- Keep track of time spent on each repair job and provide accurate estimates for customers
- Communicate with customers about repairs needed and provide regular updates on progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of vehicles and their body structures
- Excellent welding skills
- Proficient in using tools such as grinders, sanders, and paint guns
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Kiswahili is also preferred)
- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor
