We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Triesen. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and attend trade shows to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
